Memory Care Services

 

• Designated Memory Care staff who have received specialized, dementia-specific training.
• Staff are awake and available to assist 24-hours per day.
• Care plans are tailored to each individual resident’s need for support.  Services and are based on personal care assessments which are completed on a routine basis.
• Memory Care activity program is tailored to the preferences and the interests of current residents.
• Small, intimate, secure area comprised of 18 apartments.
